Custom Bike Build Process

*Does not include wheel builds, custom fender installation, or other add-on services.

1. Consultation
   A $100 non-refundable consultation deposit is required to get started. We’ll talk through how you plan to ride, along with component choices, colors, and fit preferences.
   
2. Parts Selection
   We can source all required parts through our wholesale accounts—at the same pricing you’d pay buying direct, plus 10% off when purchased through us. You’re also welcome to supply your own parts.
   
3. Parts Deposit & Ordering
   Once selections are finalized, we’ll collect a deposit for the required parts and place the orders.
   
4. Build & Completion
   When all parts arrive (timing may vary by vendor), we’ll build your bike. The remaining balance is due upon completion—then you’re ready to ride.
   —and then you can wheelie off into the sunset.

• Face headtube and bottom bracket shell
• Chase all threads including BB and all braze-ons
• Apply an internal coat of frame saver/rust inhibitor

$35 - Face Headtube or BB Shell

$35 - Ream Headtube or Crown Race

$50 - Diagnostic evaluation (non-refundable; applied toward service)
